Here we are creating our basic structure of our website. We first set up our site connection and then added a folder to the site labeled exercises. Note the hierarchy, the folders on your site. Jot down those folders.
For instance, you landing page is your main index page that directions to your username.stoutmartech.com
So, mine would be: pudlinerb.stoutmartech.com/index.html
For the index page to my exercise folder it would be:
pudlinerb.stoutmartech.com/exercises/index.html
Now here is where I differ to past professors that have taught this. I have only one index page and that is the one for the landing page. I do not like to name my other pages index that might be in other folders. To me, it is confusing and I give them their own unique name. You have to decided for yourself. I apply to the KISS principle. Keep it simple.
